Tampa, FL
DH has a business trip scheduled for MAy to Tampa. I think DS and I will be joining him and extending the trip to make it a family vacation. I will be about 5 months PG at the time. Do you have any suggestions on where to go with an almost 2 year old and myself?

Florida Aquarium! Lowry Park Zoo!
The aquarium is right on the water and very beautiful! The penguins actually walk around on the floor during their shows for interactiveness.
The Lowry Park Zoo was tons of fun - very large, lots to see - very outdoorsy! Make sure to wear sunscreen and if it's warm, have DC wear a bathing suit as the zoo has sprinklers/wading pools to cool off in!

Re: Tampa, FL
We just stayed in St Pete beach in September its about 20-30 minute drive and the beach is nice. In St pets/Clearwater they also have a really nice mini golf place, where you can feed alligators and therea a place called john's pass, it like a little boardwalk ont he water with a ton of restaurant and quirky/neat stores

Fort De soto Park (beach and park). The most beautiful beaches (on the Gulf of Mex).
Donatellos is really good Italian restaurant (on Dale Mabry Blvd).
