Talk to me about Atlantis Marine World......
Before DH goes back to work in a few weeks we wanted to do something fun with the kids.........
Is this a full day thing or just an hour or two?

We took the kids on Sat, it was fun, but its not an all day thing, the aquarium isn't that big, and there's more to do in the summer (outside stuff).

I think more than an hour or two, but less than a full day
Its fun, but then again, my kid is younger than yours. BUT we got some good pics there. Chelle has an AMAZING one!

We went over the summer and IMO it was a waste of time & money. It was so small and not much to do.

We took Ryan right after Christmas.
Honestly, it was too cold to really stay outside and a lot of the exhibits weren't even open.'
I felt like it was a major rip off (Ryan was free but DH and I were $25 each) for a whopping hour worth of tanks to look at.

It is $$$ IMO....but I do like it. A lot of stuff is outside tho so I can't imagine you would be able to spend more than an hour or two there in this weather.

LOL - I miss you too I have no pics of my kids  Between working and taking care of my mom I haven't even picked up my camera at home. Bad mommy........
Although my kids are probably thrilled they don't have a giant flash in their face

We just went this past Thursday and had a blast. Definitely not a full day though. We went through every exhibit and it took us just under 3 hours. We did not stay for a couple of the shows though. That might have tacked on about another couple of hours.

I'm hoping it warms up by next week a bit.....
I figured it was something that the kids could enjoy for 2 hours or so and we could go out to dinner with them. They loved the fish hatchery so hopefully they'll enjoy this as well.
I don't have any other ideas - my DH is the one who suggested it

You could hit the dino museum or the science center after. Both are nearby.
