talk about swollen......
I just got home and took off my shoes and socks and omg it is like it cut of circulation .... you can see an imprint of were my socks where,,,, is this normal??

Yep! I get that every night too. Get some pillows and put your feet on them and lay on the couch!
That is what I get to look foward to in an hour and half when I get home

that happened to me about a month ago. Out of nowhere my feet swelled up. My doctor saw me and my blood pressure was fine and protein. She told me to sleep with me feet on a pillow Every so often my ankles swell. If I sleep with them on a pillow the next morning they are totally fine. Try that!

yup normal....and....the salt u had today!
hmm. didn't u have popcorn? and what kind of subway hero? sometimes just eating the hidden salt--and wearing flats that are too flat can kill u.

I saw this before I left this afternoon and then instantly thought of you when I was getting my mani/pedi. OMG - seriously - talk about swollen. I wouldn't have known my own toes if they were not attached to me.  It all looks so weird.
