Talk about Pregnancy Brain...
Last night we had a Girl Scout meeting. I am my DD's Girl Scout Daisy Leader and because of my coleader's work schedule, we meet at night from 6:30-7:30pm which means that as of late I'm usually a very majorly tired Girl Scout Leader.
Made it through the meeting and my leader and I were going over some paperwork and getting ready to leave.
And I was trying SO HARD to get my jacket on and was getting frustrated with it...why the heck wouldn't it go on?
When my co leader says to me....
"Melissa, that isn't your jacket."
Not only was I trying to put on my 6 year old DD's jacket, but it was her fancy jacket with the faux fur going around the neckline...and I was trying so darn hard! I must have looked like an idiot.

OK ... this is the jacket I was trying to squeeze my big pregnant self into....seriously? I don't know where my brain is these days!

I have a pregnancy brain story too. I was leaving work one day with my hands full, so i threw all my bags on the passenger seat and proceeded to put the car in reverse. The gear shifter is not moving. I start to panic because I work 40 miles from home and DH is now at baseball practice and most likely won't answer his phone. So I reach for my purse to get my cell, and then I see it - my car keys are on the passenger seat, I never started the car. I felt like the biggest idiot.
