Talk about INCONSIDERATE!!!
I just had a client call to ask if something of hers was ready for pickup...
I said yes, it's ready.
She asks what time we are open until, I tell her normally 5 but being it's a holiday weekend, we may leave early.
She calls back to say she's leaving her house in 15 minutes and she should be here by 4:15, but with the traffic she's not sure.
I say, well, Jericho Tpke is a parking lot right now, but we'll wait around for you......figuring she'll get the point, say forget it, she'll come Tuesday......
She says.....
OK, see you in a little while....
You're kidding me right?
You wait ALL week to come get this thing and NOW we have to wait around for you to get here on the Friday of a holiday weekend!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?
This happens ALL the time and it is so rude!!!!!!

You are lucky that she did not complain that you were closing too early at 5pm.
People think the World revolve around them and that everybody else should be a their disposal when they decide it's time for them to show up.
