Take 4yr old to Transiberian Orchestra concert?
With earplugs for him. He loves their songs when they come on the radio. Do you think the sound/lights may be too much for him?

Idk, its incredibly loud my ears didnt feel normal until a day later... but i didnt have ear plugs.

I was thinking about it but then realized its probably better if I just got her a DVD.
She can then watch it at home in comfort still love all the music and gets to 'replay' anything she really likes on a whim, plus it would be portable.
Haven't gotten it yet for her but seriously considering it.

In my opinion a four year old is too young for that kind of concert. My mom took my five year old to see Spiderman on Broadway and even though he enjoyed it and still talks about it today, towards the end he was very fidgety and was asking my mom when it was going to be over. Save your $$ and take your child in a few years when they will really appreciate the music.

I would say no. It is incredibly LOUD. Really not geared toward a young child. They will love a DVD just as much!

I went a few years ago and my ears were ringing the next day. I wouldn't take a 4 year old......very loud
