tacos tonight
I am getting home tonight at around 6:30 p.m. and want to make something quick and easy...so I am thinking tacos. I am planning on making beef tacos with hard shells. Do you think this is enough for a meal? or should I make something else to go along with the tacos?

Taco night for us always includes refired beans or spicy black beans and corn.

I like Goya mexican rice, it has all the spices in it.

honestly, we have chips with salsa or nachos on the side sometimes, but we often just eat the tacos... everything is there... meat, dairy veggie! haha

I usually just heat up those bags of microwaveable brown rice and have that with black beans and salsa on the side.

I just made tacos Saturday! DH does not like beans either so I made Goya yellow rice. It was tasty and filling
