Tabs for High Heels
Can you let me know where you go to replace the tabs for high heel shoes and how much do you pay?? TIA

Tabs? Lifts? Are they the same thing? The end of the heel that gets worn down from clomping around on the sidewalk?
I go to a cobbler right outside Grand Central and it's maybe $5 or $6? It's not a lot.

Do you mean the "tips" - they're the rubber tips of the heel and ware down from walking?

Yes, the heal piece that wears down. I got a price for $14. I thought that was a lot.

Depends where you go; Bklyn is about $7-$10...Manhattan, up to $25

I'd say you could find a place cheaper than $14. $25?! I would NEVER pay that. My guy is in Manhattan and it's definitely under $10.

I agree, that's way too much money. If you're looking for a place on LI, there's a shoe booth in the back of Tri County Flea Market that's across from the eyebrow threading place. They charged me less than $10.
