Re: Table Foods: Make in bulk and freeze
Meatballs, sauteed chicken strips (I leave in larger strips and then cut up once I'm serving it), meatloaf (which I stuff with chopped up veggies), taco meat, ravioli with a little sauce or olive oil, fish sticks, broiled fish, pizza, lentils, rice, beans, the list goes on and on.... Anytime I cook dinner, I cook extra and save the rest for DS.
Once I cook the food, I portion it out and put it on a plate or in icecube trays (to prevent them from sticking) and freeze them. Once they're frozen, I transfer the food to a freezer ziplock and call it a day.
I make rice cubes and sometimes pour a little chicken stock or water over them before freezing to help the rice stick together. I do the same with lentils (buy in bulk from Trader Joes and freeze with a little chicken stock)
I also buy mixed veggies, peas, chopped broccoli, chopped spinach, etc... in the large frozen bags and just transfer them to a freezer ziplock.
When it's time for dinner, I grab a meat, grain/carb, & veggie and microwave them on a plate for about a min. Then serve when they're not too hot. It's so easy!!!

Re: Table Foods: Make in bulk and freeze
chicken veggie stew, and beef veggie stews freeze really well too
anything kind of mushy and saucy already would work.
Sometimes I trick DS into eating puree (baby food), by putting some whole peas in there for texture. Its like eating peas in a sauce.
