swollen starts when?
I was swollen with my last pregnancy but don't remember when it started? When does it usually start for most? I had ankles face and feet swollen especially toward end but know it started sooner..

It really depends. I had horrible swelling from about 24 weeks with my 1st pregnancy (ended up w/ pre-e) and none really with my 2nd. Hope you have none this time around!

I had my first real bout of swelling this week (just before 33 weeks), where my ankles feet and calves like tripled in size but by morning it was gone.
I had to stop wearing my watch around 28 weeks but that was more due to weight gain than swelling.

I think it depends. I never got swollen with my dd and I'm almost 38 weeks pregnant with this baby and still not swollen.

ITA. I carried DD until 41w2d and I didn't swell at all. The nurses couldn't believe it when I came in at the end for appts. But it was also the winter so that might've been a reason why I didn't. Some of my friends who delivered during the summer had a lot of swelling.

For me it started at 7.5 months... I had it on & off until the end.

More importantly if you feel that you swelling is to odd or awkward.. It could be pre-eclampsia... Thats what I thought to " hey swelling is normal" until my blood pressure was way high..

I just had my first experience with swelling tonight. My feet and ankles are huge! I'll be 37 weeks on Monday.

I didn't have any swelling with my other 2. With this one, my feet & legs have been swelling since about 20-22 weeks.

I started swelling at 34w. It was on and off for the last 6w of my pregnancy. It also lasted about a week pp and then disappeared.
