Swollen Feet
I'm 34 1/2 weeks pg and my feet (esp. my right foot) have been swollen the past two days. Is this something I should call the DR. about? Also what can I do to relieve the swelling??

Re: Swollen Feet
this happened towards the end of my pregnancy and MOSTLY AFTER my pregnancy, much to my surprise! My C/S was a week ago and my feet are balloons
In my case, Dr found me to be anemic. (probably due to blood loss from the C)
But I think during pregnancy, they would just say keep your feet elevated, and drinks lots of water, and stay away from salty foods. But of course check with the Dr. if they are VERY swollen, they might look into what else it could be.
I know the feeling, no fun

I had some swelling a couple of weeks ago. Try to elevate your feet as much as possible. That helped me alot. And I've heard that it's a good idea to stay away from salty food.
