Swollen Feet 23 weeks?
For the past few weeks my feet have been swollen during the afternoons and evenings. I generally have very low bp last time I was the ob it was 112/77 last night I took it at home and it was 137/82 and my heart rate was 101 but I didn't feel like it was beating fast or anything. DH is freaking out and says I should call the dr but I think its not that big of a deal. This morning my bp was 121/77 and my feet weren't swollen at all.
Is it too early for my feet to swell? Anyone else have something similar?

My feet and ankles swelled early on, mostly at night after working all day. They would be fine by the next morn, just to start the cycle over again. I would tell the dr, but he wasn't too concerned because my bp was always good. At my 36 week appt, my bp went up and he had me do the 24 hour urine collection and bw just as a precaution. Everything came back fine, but he did make me stop working (I work in NYC). I had to take it slow and keep my feet elevated and drinks LOTS of water. Once I did, things went back to normal. Try and give yourself time off your feet throughout the day. I think that is a big part.

Same here! It sucks and by around 30 weeks it was so bad I had to elevate and ice them almost every night!

My feet swell a ridiculous amount by the end of the day.
It's horrendous.
If you take your BP at home be aware that the machine may not be accurate.
I brought my home machine to the last appt and she took my BP and it was higher on that than on the Dr's machine.

I took my machine to my dr office because in the beginning my pressure was so low they wanted me to check it at home. My machine had the same reading as dr office so I'm pretty sure its accurate. I'm normally never over 115/80 so I am just concerned with the 132 reading. Hopefully its just nothing with nothing.

Not my feet but my hands were swollen pretty early in my pregnancy (about 14 weeks to 20 weeks) and my pressure was elevated as well..but as my pressure started going down so did the swelling in my hands...I would keep an eye on the pressure though to see if there are anymore spikes..

Just keep an eye on it.
Try taking it again at different times of the day etc
So much can affect your BP.
You might have been stressed, etc since your heartrate was high too.

My feet swelling began at around 22 weeks and has only gotten worse since then. However, my bp never goes above about 120/76 so the doctor is not worried. If you are experiencing swelling and high bp, you may want to call your dr.'s office and let them know. Good luck!

yup thats when i started getting them. it hasn't gotten worse though. i'm now almost 25 weeks
