Any suggestions??? Not only are they swollen, but they HURT!!

Elevate them, and try to not eat salty foods! Drink a lot of water too!!

mine have been swollen along with my ankles and calves for practically my entire 3rd trimester. I avoid salt, drink ALOT of water and try to keep them elevated but they are still swollen - its exhausting Chat Icon Chat Icon

I hear ya, for the past couple weeks, and I assume until the baby is born (Im 38 weeks) I will have fred flinstone feet...its so ugly.Chat Icon

I know your pain, with my 2nd my feet swelled and hurt to walk on. Def up the water intake and cut back on salty and processed foods, and try to keep those tootsies elevated when you can, don't cross your legs.
