Swollen ankles and cramping

So I posted a few days ago that my ankles were really getting swollen. Well last night, I had two of the most horrible charlie horses in my calves (on both legs). Do you think that's related to my swelling in my ankles? I know I need to eat bananas, drink water, etc....

I don't know if its related, but I do remember reading that the cramps are caused by calcium deficiencies. I've been taking a calcium supplements the entire pregnancy and haven't had any charlie horses at all.

I mentioned to my doc that at night I get cramping from my knee to feet at night and trouble sleeping cause of. He just told me to have dh rub them and drink lots of water, OJ and bannanas. Still have.. just part of being pregnant.
