swollen ankles
i'm almost 36 weeks and my ankles have started to swell...bad
besides putting my feet up......which rarely occurs...what else can i do?
they are so puffy and uncomfortable (not to mention ugly )

can you put your feet up on the couch or a table and put bags of peas on them? Maybe that could help?

support stockings....
I've had that problem in the past (from walking WAY too much  )
putting your legs up occassionally didn't do that much good for me.... but support stockings and avoiding extended periods of standing / walking DID. Do your best to change your routine, and hopefully it will get a bit better...
