Re: Swollen Ankles
Drink LOTS of fluids Cut down on salt Keep the elevated as much as possible.
That's pretty much all you can do - and when it's hot/humid out, it's prety much out of your control!
My doctor called me "moon boots"

There are some exercises in the current issue of Pregnancy Magazine, you might want to check it out. (pg 28.)

My dr. also mentioned to make sure you have protein at every meal - even if it is nuts. Supposed to help.

Re: Swollen Ankles
Same here, also try noy to wear socks or anything elastic around your ankles. Try not to cross your legs or ankles too
I lost my feet a couple weeks ago, i only wear flops now, it seems to be helping along with dietary changes

Re: Swollen Ankles
I have bad ankles, not swollen yet. I can't imagine how much worse they are going to be when they swell.
Do you have anything under your desk that you can rest them on? Maybe the height of the garbaga can but more stable?
