Swings
Please post your swing if you are planning to get one and why you chose it. The reviews on BRU and Baby Bargains are bewildering! Thanks in advance!

Re: Swings
I registered (and received) this one... FP Nature's Touch Baby Papasan. A new version just came out, but I got the older one. I chose it on the rec of several moms I know. I also like the fact that the seat has two positions... totally reclined and then more upright.

Re: Swings
I wasn't going to register for one because I know the baby doesn't use it for long.
But, this one
is on the smaller and cheaper side and my Graco Infant Carrier snaps right in. Talk about convenience!

Re: Swings
we're limited on space, so I got this:
Plus I love that you can get baby ready and set him up in his car seat, then plop him in the swing (which fits inside my pack n play- I have a big dog and prefer to not set Max power on the ground), until you're ready to go.

While we didn't register for a swing, one of my friends got us this model. It looks great all set up - all that's missing is !!!

Re: Swings
FP Rainforest Open Top Cradle Swing
Main reason we chose it was because it plugs in and the mobile moves off to the side.

We are doing that this weekend, but we've seen it in the store and it's the same size as all the others.

Re: Swings
I would highly suggest a papasan swing of any kind! The large versions do take up space...but many babies will only sleep in them for the first few months. My daughter just stopped using her's at 8 months....so it was WELL worth the money!
