Swing set for backyard
Any suggestions on where we should look for a swing set for our backyard? Thoughts on metal vs wood vs vinyl? We'd like to cap cost at 1200 including installation. Tia!

Swing set for backyard
We got our set at Wood Kingdom in Farmingdale. We bought a wood set 6 years ago and it still looks brand new.

Swing set for backyard
We have a Lifetime set that is metal. It's great. Playground quality, solid construction and was about $1,000 for our model, but they have various other ones. It's great because it's very tall, so my 10 year old (and even my 18 year old) can still play on it.

We got ours on Craigs list for $120. My Dh had to replace some boards and stain it and we replaced one of the swings but all in it was like $300 for a Wood Kingdom set that retails for $2,800+

We did this as well. Had to replace a lot of boards, but we got it for $250. The slide we have sells on Amazon for $800 new. So worth it for that alone. All in we are at about $1000 for a set that retails for close to $5K. It is 20 feet tall, has 2 upper floors and a 9 foot enclosed spiral slide. It has 4 swings and a lower space as well with picnic table.
