Swimming Lessons for 4-5 year old

Hi! Can someone recommend somewhere for swimming lessons that is not saf-t-swim? I had a bad experience with them and would like to send my DD somewhere else.

I tried Echo Park in West Hemstead but she is already at Level 2 and she is not old enough yet for their Level 2 class.

Any suggestions is much appreciated.

TIA

My 3 year old is getting swim lessons at the YMCA. So far so good. He will be there all summer and fall.

We use Take me to the Water. Very happy with them. I think they have several locations in Queens and on LI.

NYSC offers swim class.
It's not safety swim. It's run by the gym.
We go to Tanger in Deer Park.
We started last summer and my DS LOVES it!

Both my girls take private lessons at the Garden City Hotel. They love their instructor. DD#1 also took lessons from him last summer. A number of DD"s classmates have taken from him as well. They usually have the pool completely to themselves - it is rare that anyone is swimming when they are there.

Etd to add we know a lot of people who go to swim academy behind Ethan Allen. Some people love it others weren't impressed.

Same here. We used to go to the YMCA but I felt like DS wasn't really learning anything. He has learned so much here it's amazing.
