Swelling
26 weeks pregnant. My right leg and foot are almost always swollen. BP is perfect. I am hydrated. I used Dr Google and I am now freaked out that I may have a blood clot.
What else can I do to reduce the swelling?

Re: Swelling
Keep your feet up, reduce salt intake and drink plenty of water (water w fresh lemon helps remove salt as well).
If it doesnt go down then call your dr, because that is one of the signs of a blood clott. I would think it would have to be a pretty significant swelling and would hurt, but not really sure...
I've had that a few times where one foot/ankle was more swollen than the other(usually at the end of the day). kept my feet up and drank lots of water and by morning it was gone.
keep and eye on it and definitely mention it at your next appointment.
