Re: Swelling??

I'm 33 weeks and I have bad swelling. My finger use to be lean and pretty now I have man hands. My feet are pretty swollen too. I can't wait any shoes at all. I've been wearing black slippers to work.

I think we've got it worse because it's summer too.

Re: Swelling??

I had horrible swelling for the last 2 months. I could only wear flip flops. It was horrible! That did not bring on any labor or went early. I had a scheduled c-section at 39 weeks and baby was not even close to coming out.

There is not much you can do until the end.

Things that "could" help.

Limit the salt
Drink lots of water
keep feet elevated

No. I was just mentioning the c-section to show that the only reason why I gave birth at 39 weeks was because of the c-section not because of the swelling. Even with the horrible swelling, this baby was not going to show up early.

Me too, the swelling oin my fingers has been going on for like a month. The swelling in my feel is going on 2 weeks now.

Some days better than others.

The nurse @ my ob's office told me that some patients have come in in thier husbands shoesChat Icon
