Thanks Betsy...the closing was soooo smooth, we were out in less than an hour, keys in hand!
DH has been there & Home Depot/Lowes' since the closing 
I'll post pics, but you'll have to excuse the siding (my pet peeve, I told DH we could only buy the house if the siding is gone in less than a year  )
