sweet and sour sauce
im looking for a good tasting, yet "healthier" sweet and sour sauce. any suggestions? or better yet, any recipes??

1 cup ketchup
12 oz diet coke or pepsi
combine in pot, let simmer for about 20-30 minutes, mix occasionally , it will get thicker. I put the pot cover on after it starts to come to a slow boil, then turn down to low.
It sounds like it would be a gross combination, but it is delicious!
