Swedish Meatballs w/ mushroom-white cream sauce --- Recipe Needed
My coworker voluneered me to make them for a friend whose wife passed away. Now I need a recipe.
He wants w/ cream sauce and mushrooms - not red sauce.

sour cream
mushroom soup
beef broth
onions
mushrooms
salt and pepper
super easy!

Can of mushroom soup
fill can with white wine, add to pot.
add meatballs
simmer 20 minutes
add 8 oz sour cream and serve over egg noodles
