Does anyone use swagbucks?
did you ever earn money from it/receive a check?

pros/cons?


any other sites like it you would recommend?

I tried it but never came close to getting anything. The only way I earn money is if I spend it and use ebates lol. I've gotten a lot of money just from referring people too.

I use it, and have gotten Amazon gift cards from them. The con is that it takes forever to collect enough Swagbucks to get a cash out. But. If you keep up with it - do the "daily poll" every day, take surveys, watch videos, etc...- it can be done.

I used to do a lot of surveys on different sites and if you have time, that can give you a quicker payout. One of the best I've used was - www.mysurvey.com. Not sure if they actually give checks or just gift cards though. I always opt for Amazon gift cards.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ebates!!!! I get really nice size checks from them that I deposit right into my Xmas savings account. In fact, in a few days I'm getting $178 back!! My last check in Feb. was well over $200.

They have so many stores they are affiliated with and they run so many specials that you can earn over 10% cash back on many sites. Plus they pay you for referrals AND if you get their Ebates Visa (I have it) you earn another 3% cash back on top of what they are already offering.

I think they are awesome. Quick and easy to use too!!..................you can even install Ebates in your internet tool bar and it will pop up any cash back offers available on every site you visit. Highly recommend them!

ETA - All you have to do is link through Ebates to go to your favorite shopping sites like Kohl's Macys, Expedia, etc. There are SO many stores linked with Ebates. So you go to Ebates, search for the online store you want to shop at, click the store and then shop as usual. Once you make your purchase your cash back will be deposited into your Ebates acct. Every 3 months they mail you a check.

I used to do Swagbucks years ago. That year, I got about $80 in Amazon gift cards that helped a lot toward gifts. But I grew tired of doing it.

i do swagbucks in spurts.

i've gotten amazon gift cards and i've gotten money deposited to my paypal account.

the best way to make it work and seriously pay off requires a little time and effort upfront. i know of a few people who have set up old phones (bought on craigslist) to play the videos throughout the day and rack up the points.

i have yet to try this, but want to.
