I try to keep my DDs rooms at about 67 degrees. When they were infants and were swaddled, they easily got overheated so they only wore a onesie underneath their swaddle. HTH!

we probably are more on the warm side, but we keep our house at 71. I wanna say the girls were in short sleeve pjs with the swaddle.

Our room is about 72 degrees and DD wears a long sleeved side snap under shirt with a swaddle me to bed. (she is 2 weeks old and in a bassinet). I also put a hat on her bc she seems to relax more when her ears are covered.
