Swaddling

How long did you swaddle for? We've been using the miracle blanket and its been great. DD has always been kind of a restless sleeper- she moved around a lot. She has been sleeping in her rock and play due to reflux but we transitioned her back to her cradle a little over a week ago. She has been moving so much (more room) and the last couple of mornings she is laying horizontal in the cradle. I'm thinking maybe I should stop swaddling. Thoughts?

Swaddling

We used the Halo sleep sack swaddle until DD was 5 mos old. At that point she was fighting to get her arms out so much that she was waking herself up every hour. I thought she'd never STTN if she wasn't swaddled but she actually sleeps better than she ever did.

We stopped swaddling when DS was breaking his arms out of the swaddle. I think that was around 3 months old? Hard to remember lol

I feel like that keeps her warm at night- what did you use to keep LO warm without the swaddle?

DD wears a long sleeved onesie under fleece footie pjs and we use a fleece sleep sack. Her hands are always chilly, but the rest of her body is warm.
