Sushi Question
I have a california roll which i got last Tuesday night and has been sitting in my fridge since then. Anyone think it's it safe to eat? There's no raw fish in it it's all the cooked crab.

sushi loses its quality even after a few hours. I only eat vegetarian rolls and they are not good the next day - rice is hard and dry, etc.

I have a hard time eating leftover sushi from the night before.

I would definitely toss it.
Most california rolls are not made with real crabmeat- it's imitation crab, or crab "stick".
I still think it's not good if it's almost a week old though.
