Sushi
I know most is off limits but the california roll and maybe shrimp rolls are safe, right? Also vegetable rolls too? We don't have to worry about the seaweed do we? I am barely eating but I am DYING for some sushi!

I've had california rolls. I even wanted it when I was very sick with m/s (but it didn't agree with me then)

Re: Sushi
california rolls and veggie rolls are ok. as long as the fish is cooked, they may have special rolls they can make for you with cooked fish = yummy.

Re: Sushi
I eat cooked rolls all the time. Keeps me sane! A good way to trick your body into thinking you are eating real sushi is to order a spicy California roll. Makes you think you are having a spicy tuna roll.

I am totally NOT trying to scare you but I was really excited about the fact I might be able to have a Philadelphia roll so I looked into smoked salmon and found this on wikipedia:
Cooked Salmon
Cold smoked salmon is sometimes known in Canada and the United States as "lox", particularly on the East Coast, the word being borrowed from Yiddish. The cold smoking does not cook the fish
