Survey
I need to get a Survey on the house we are buying. My attorney said I needed to order one and it is $575. I thought this was an item that i was able to shop around for? Did anyone shop around and further pay a cheaper price?

550 is a good price.
I just paid 750  and what i heard its a small price to pay for something that will be important in the future

You are the seller and paid 1/2? We have very non-compliant sellers...couldn't hurt to ask though

I just had a survey done last week and we used Gary Benz. someone on here referred him. He was very professional, and was $100 cheaper than a couple others I contacted.
