surprise shower from co-workers
my company's home office is based in springfield, MA...so i only see the girls in my program's office once or twice a year. the other long island reps and i went up to MA this week for a training, and to my COMPLETE surprise (especially surprising since i'm only 20 weeks!!) they had planned a baby shower for me since they won't see me again until may of next year!!
it was so sweet and so unexpected. i feel so lucky to work with such caring, wonderful people. and they got us SO much stuff...a really nice diaper bag FILLED w clothing, hats, jammies, blankets, binkies, bottles, wipes, SO much stuff. they gave me HUGE boxes of diapers and wipes, they decorated SO nicely, had yummy snacks and a cake. it was just so nice, and it made me even MORE excited about this little baby boy coming soon!!
it was also nice b/c i told other people in my company, outside of my team, and i got to tell people i rarely see but who were so happy for me anyway. i am just feeling so loved and wanted to share. hope you girls are all having a great week.
