Supplements to improve egg quality
Does anyone take these supplements? If, yes, what do you think about the dosages? thanks
CoQ10 (ubiquinone) - 200mg, 3 times/day
Pycnogenol - 50mg, twice/day
Melatonin - 3mg at bedtime
Fresh Royal jelly - 1/4 tsp twice a day
Bee pollen - 1/2 tsp twice/day

Did your RE prescribe this or is this dosage from stuff you read? You have to be careful with you take a combination of things because sometimes they can do more damage than good. I have heard good things about Royal Jelly, I personally have taken wheat grass powder to improve my fsh level and it actually lowered it.

Dr. B had me taking the royal jelly and melatonin. With the melatonin you're supposed to stop after ovulation.
I also took resveratrol and pine bark extract, also wheat grass juice too. I don't know if it helped but I felt a lot better!
