superbowl!
what are some of your favorite tasty football foods/snacks/recipes? im trying to get some ideas to make for a potluck party we are going to thats a little different than the usual buffalo chicken dip or chili dip.. thanks??

I like to do spinach dip with veggies so that I can pretend I'm balancing out all the junk food. Oh yeah, and definitely in a bread bowl!

pigs in a blanket - DH makes the best with mini dogs and cresent rolls guacamole dip sloppy joes - not the messy kind moz sticks
pretty much naming everything we're having at ours. We're doing potluck too. Friends are bringing the sides and we're taking care of sandwiches and the hot sides

sweet and sour meatballs bacon and cheese dip brie and jam rollovers stuffed mushrooms potato skins pigs in a blanket southwest mini taquitos taco dip potato and spinach quiches
With this list I realize I have way too much food.
Dinner is Chili with cornbread

We are having:
wings Fried ravioli with marinara for dipping homemade potatoe skins big weiner wraps with cheese pulled pork sliders spinach dip buffalo chicken dip chips onion dip salsa chipotle ranch sauce/dip guac (maybe)
Dh made me stop, i wanted to make more!

Potato Chips with Onion Dip Pretzel Flats with Hummus Tostitos with Mango/Peach Salsa Stacy's Pita's with Cheesy Queso Pigs in a blanket Chicken (Kickers, like Dominos) Bites with Blue Cheese Dressing Hero with Salads Homemade Mac and Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies Cream Puffs and...whatever else everyone else brings

We serve courses by quarters:
1st Quarter: Spinach artichoke dip Chili cheese dip Cheese and crackers Baked brie veggie platter wings pigs in a blanket Chips Onion dip
2nd quarter: Stromboli Ham and swiss roll
3rd quarter: Hero Potato salad Macaroni salad Baked Beans Coleslaw Pulled pork sliders Sausage and peppers
4th Quarter: Dessert Coffee

We have to keep it healthy to a point because of my diet, but it's just DH and I for the Superbowl on Sunday. I'm planning:
BBQ Ribs (if we really want to add this in-if not it will be dinner) BBQ Chicken Wings Turkey Sausages Veggie Platter w/dip Fruit Salad (homemade) Peanuts (shelled already) Granola Cheese & Crackers Popcorn
I was trying to also do salsa and baked Tostitos scoops but DH then said we got more than enough food for the two of us.
