Summery Cocktails?
Does anyone have any fun summery cocktails? Or mocktails? I am having some friends over tonight- 1 is preggo, so I thought I might make a fun mocktail for her- and cocktails for the rest of us!
I don't like mojitos- and I've made margaritas- I am looking for something fun and different!

My fav is lemon or grapefruit soda with ice cold vodka.
I buy the sodas at Trader Joes.

Yesterday we made this crazy margarita thing. We did the 3 parts triple sec to 1 part tequila thing. Added ice. THEN added raspberry lemonade and an edy's pomegranite popsicle. Some more tequila. Blend. Oh my.

I don't know exact parts but I do red wine, simple syrup, orange juice (not much) and cut up oranges and strawberries. Yummy.

or vanilla vodka and gingerale
For your prego friend you should do sprite with a splash of cranberry. that was my prego drink. I usually love Kettle One and cran so I opted for the sprite.

For your preggo friend you can buy the frozen Baccardi Pina Colada mix at the supermarket. Make a pitcher full without the rum. That's one of my favorite mocktails.
If anyone else wants one just add a shot of rum to each glass.

Adult Watermelon Lemonade.
Puree some watermelon, add lemon juice, water and sugar to taste - then a few ozs of Watermelon Vodka. It's really refreshing! Sometimes I do seltzer instead of water for a nice little fizz.
