If you are near the Deer Park outlets, there are two suit stores there for woman. One is Kaspar, for the life of me can't remember the other one!

Right now you can probably get good sales on suits in Macys.
Good suits I go with Theory and J.Crew but I usually need minor alterations to them. For ones I can wear right off the rack no altering I go to Express. My Express Suits have held up well for the torture I put them them through and the amount of dry cleaning.
Ny&Co has decent suits for cheap. They are not the best quality but if you need something fast and not expensive they are a go to.
Ann Taylor Loft has suite too.
