Suggestions for Barcelona?

DH and I are going to Barcelona in a month. It will be our first trip without DD ! I've never been, so wanted to see if anyone has must dos or other reccos. Thanks!

Try out Go Car! It's SUCH an amazing way to see the city!! It's a self driven mini car that has a gps built in that shows you ALL of the sites of the city. You can stop and go as you please! See link below.

Las Ramblas is fun. But make sure you know where your wallet/purse is at ALL times. It's the pickpocket capital.

Do all the Gaudi stuff. La Sagrada Familia is amazing. As is the Parc Guell.

I loved just getting lost and roaming! Oh, and go to the highest point in Barca (Tibidabo) and have a drink!

The beaches are great too - especially the bars that line them. Great people watching with lots of day beds to lounge on.

Make sure you check out the market. It's one of the biggest farmer markets in the world I believe. They have lots of things, some delicious and some that were interesting to say the least.

If either of you are soccer fans, you can take a tour of FC Barcelona's stadium. It seats something like 90,000 fans. My DH would never set foot there as a tourist though bc he's a diehard Real Madrid fan. But I've been to both stadiums and it's fascinating.

We went to the Barcelona Market, walked Las Rambles to the Cathedral of Barcelona (gorgeous) and went to Citaudella Park.
Really wish we made it to the beaches but we didn't.
