Suffolk Down payment assistance Program?
Can Anyone give me info? Can I still do this if I am married and buying a house in my name only. DH credit is horrible and he doesnt want his credit to ruin mine. My friend applied last year and bought a fixer upper in farmingville but he is a single guy so I dont know how it would work for me since I am married. I would qualify based on my income. Also any other info about it would be awesome.
