Suffolk County Spray Parks
I want to take DS (20 months) to a spray park this week but have no idea where they are. Where do you bring your DC? Is it appropriate for his age?

Re: Suffolk County Spray Parks
Call your town's Parks & Recreation Office to find out, as most are more $$ for non-residents on the weekends. I know of the following:
Town of Brookhaven: 1. West Meadow Beach 2. Centereach Pool
Town of Islip: 1. Shipwreck Cove (Bay Shore Marina)
Town of Smithtown: 1. Hoyt Farm (residents only)
Town of Babylon: 1. Tanner Park 2. Venetian Shores

I would definately say Venetian is better for that age than Tanner. And Centereach is good for that age too. Although, Centereach also has shallow pools, so you MUST be in your suit for that one.
