Suddenly Squinting at 20 months

Just the last couple of days Mason started squinting when staring at something far. Usually it's the TV. Not sure if it's something new he's playing with and trying out or he's near sided.

Just started literally on Tues night I noticed. Then it's sporadic, but I have been watching and noticing. I do know when they do something new they keep trying it and playing around with it so I'm assuming or hoping that's it.

Any thoughts?

It can't hurt to have his eyes checked out My sister had glasses by the time she was in kindergarten but she actually needed them at a much younger age, I think.

Thanks! Figured since it just started I'll wait till next week and if it's still the same I'll call the Ped. Doesn't hurt to ask

Both my father and brother have glasses. Well, my brother got the lasek surgery, but his was the same thing like your sister. Found out he needed glasses in school, but probably needed them earlier
