Stupid Question

So, I'm packing for my weekend in PA, and I went in the bathroom to get my shampoo out of the shower...

so I carefully step on the mat in the tub, lift my other foot, reach for the shampoo, and the mat slips

I caught myself, I didn't fall....but I did get a big OUCH!!!!! in my "area"...a pulled muscle type ouch....

so - the stupid question...I will be 4 weeks on Monday...Could I have done any damage?? (See I told you its a stupid question)
