Stupid people
I don't know how this person has a customer service job. I needed to provide my address, and the name of the town I live in has two words (loke floral park or garden city). So I spell the first word and then say new word. I had already told the woman the name of the town, so it was not like I am spelling something weird, and no joke she says I cant find the letter for new word, as if it is another letter in the alphabet. She literally did not understand that the town name was 2 words.

Hopefully it was just an off day. If not, I worry for her ability to walk and talk at the same time.
I can totally see me doing this when I’m having a moment. When I am completely stressed out (which is more often than I would like) I will be so adamant about something and it be the most ridiculous thing you can think of.

oh my goodness lol
i've had some off days. i once drew a total blank on how to spell "of"... i kept wondering if there was a "v" in it 
i've worked customer service in one way or another for the majority of my adult life, and i am shocked at how many of my coworkers handle the information given to them!!
