Stupid Optimum question
I have problems with my dvr, it skips around when I try to fast forward. Extremely temperamental. I have called about this 3 times over 4 months and they say their engineers are working on it. does this happen to anyone else?

do you need a new box? maybe bring it to an optimum store. I know there is one on 107 in Hicksville.
