Stuffy nose..TMI maybe...
Is anyone else stuffy ALL the time. DH said he can hear it when I sleep...I snore now, and breathe very fast.
And a little TMI...but I blow my nose every morning and there is always a little blood. Like not a bloody nose, just mixed in....ew sorry lol

Totally normal. Had this with 1st pregnancy and again with this one.
I NEVER snore unless I have a cold, but pregnant I snore and wake up in the middle of the night my mouth feels like a desert. I gulp down water like it was the last drop on earth. I also get a bloody nose and I'm usually stuffy sporadically throughout the day.

You just described every morning I've had in the past 6 months! Pretty sure this is all normal but if you are concerned, ask your OB.

Ugh, I can't stand this! I have a constant stuffy nose (although I'm not sick at all) and when I blow there's usually blood. I've had a few very minor nose bleeds also. I'm 31 weeks now and it is a little better but I still have a lot of issues with it, it's drives me nuts! You're not alone.

I've been more stuffy then usual.. had one nose bleed while throwing up! and have noticed a little blood in tissues. I read it's normal!

I'm pretty sure my post-nasal drip and morning mucus adventures will finally come to an end when I give birth..LOL..I have spoken to my OB and E and T about it..no infection..just that drip..fun times!

ive had that since i got pregnant. every day i blow my nose multiple times and its always bloody. the book i have says its from increased blood flow in the body

I have had a few nose bleeds since prego. I always have had issues but its been worse. Its prob just dry in your house.

I have been stuffy for most of the pregnancy. Try saline nose spray before bed, which will also clear your nose from any germs you may breathe in throughout the day. Also, the netty pot. It's a little gross, but it clears out your nose and sinuses. I just got it a few weeks ago when I was sick with a bad sinus infection. It was the only thing that helped me breathe.
