Stuffed Pork loin recipe
It's just gonna be DH and I on Xmas. Wanted to maybe get a nice loin, have it butterflied and then fill/roll it with some goodies.
A sausage/mushroom stuffing and fresh spinach I was considering. Any other suggestions?
