Anyone have a SE on site to assess damage?
I got a quote for $500, and I think that's absurd- he can't even get access to the crawl space- he would be there for 30 minutes most.
Anyone have any recommendations/ suggestions?
This is not for a full home inspection, just to advise on a solution to the floor sagging in the house we are interested in.
