Stroller/Snap & Go question
Ugh the research on strollers!
I decided on a Graco Snugride and Snap & Go. But now I'm looking at a good, lightweight stroller for long walks and shopping, so obviously it needs to recline (and I know Snap & Go is not good for walks).
I've been reading up on the Maclaren Triumph and the Graco Metrolite. The Metrolite can fit the snugride....so my question is, if I go with a Metrolite, do I really need the Snap & Go?
Thanks!

Re: Stroller/Snap & Go question
I am going to use the snap and go for shopping trips for a while. The baby can sleep comfortably in the infant seat.
I got the chicco cortina stroller, which is light weight and lies down.

Re: Stroller/Snap & Go question
I always used the snap and go for walks. It was all I used till both my boys were out of the car seat.

Re: Stroller/Snap & Go question
I am going with the Snap & Go because many of my friends said that it is perfect for the beginning when they are in the infant seats. I just think it is way easier to take around than the stroller & the infant seat. I figure I will use the stoller once the baby is out of the infant seat.

i used the snap and go for walks too. i have the chicco cortina travel system, which has a stroller that lies down flat. it's a lot less heavy and bulky than the other strollers, and i love how the infant carseat snaps into the car bases and the stroller - it just looked and felt so much safer to me.

Re: Stroller/Snap & Go question
I used to take Ryan for walks around the neighborhood in the Snap and Go all the time. I think it's fine for walks. I would get just that for now, and another stroller for when the baby outgrows the infant seat. I have the Maclaren Quest and love it.

Re: Stroller/Snap & Go question
I love my snap n go!! I used it all the time when Hayley was a baby and I still use it w/Lindsay. At this age, Lindsay hasn't sat in her stroller, I still keep her in the infant carrier and snap it into the snap n go or the double stroller.

i did too...dd neevr minded and it is so easy.....we had the graco car seat that holds her to 30 lbs and since she was so small...we literally had her in it until she was like 14 mos old.....i had an accident when she was 14 mos old (dd was not in car but snap n go was and got destroyed and so we moved her over....)

Re: Stroller/Snap & Go question
Thanks for the comments!
I guess what's confusing me here is, if I get the Snap & Go is that a waste when the Metrolite can carry the carseat? Should I even bother registering for a Snap & Go if the Metrolite will be my 2nd stroller?
TIA!
