Stroller
Hi All,
I need some recommendations for a stroller.
When DS was in the infant seat, I used the snap and go, which was great. Yet, he recently outgrew and is now in the convertible seat.
I registered for and recieved the city select for my shower. I liked the bassinet for when he was a newborn for walks and i loved that it becomes a double stroller when I hopefully have a 2nd.
Yet, for now, with just DS, its a little too big for what I need it for. I need something thats easy, very light, nothing wide.
I know alot of people rave about the city mini, but my girlfiend has it, and it still seems a little too big to me, but maybe I just have unrealistic expectations, lol.
any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Stroller
I have the city mini and love it It's easy to maneuver and close It's wider then the snap and go and that is an adjustment but I think most strollers are slightly wider then the snap n go.

I have the uppa baby g luxe and i love it! Its super lightweight, reclines amd isnt bulky at all. Its an umbrella stroller. I have no complaints. And dd seems pretty comfy in it. And has a great sun canopy.

I have the city mini and while I like it I do find it a little bulky like you said. If I had it to do over I would probably just go with a decent umbrella stroller like the chicco liteway.

I would say definitely go for an umbrella stroller... Think Maclaren or Uppa Baby G Luxe

Re: Stroller
I have the britax b-agile which Is like the city mini and dd was swimming in it. Completely lost, even at a year old (though she is in the 1st percentile).
I got a peg perego big huge stroller thing, which I love but doesn't sound like what you're looking for. I just wanted to pass along my reservations with the city mini/ b-agile!

Re: Stroller
Try your kid in the strollers at a store.
Personally, I like the citimini, find it easy & lightweight while able to hold a real sized kid.
My DS was too broad for the macclarens at 1.5 yrs. Not too big, just with broad shoulders.
You can also get a $20 umbrella from toysrus that us tiny, cheap & you can toss in your car.
