Try bio-oil. Ive been using it and they seem to be fading, HTH

palmers skin therapy oil.
and believe me i had some bad ones. deep, red, gross. after about 6 weeks of daily use, they have significantly changed.

I agree. I had light ones on my thighs and they are gone now.
