Stretch marks and Bathing suits

Not a pleasant topic, I know.

Did anyone's stretch marks lighten so much that they were able to wear a two piece again at some point?

Or are those of us with stretch marks doomed to frumpy one pieces forever?

I am sorry to say that mine are still here. They are definitely lighter but not light enough for a 2 piece.

I guess I am on a one piece forever Chat Icon

I don't have stretch marks, but I won't wear a bikini anymore. I found a really hot one piece in bloomingdales and a cute tankini in Macys. I look for the tankini's that are long and cover part of the bottoms. This way none of my stomach is showing. Hope that helps!

I really like tankinis. They pretty much cover everything and you still have the convenience of a 2 piece.

I was lucky to not get stretch marks, but my linea negra (sp?) is so dark, I'm hoping it fades a little. I won't be wearing a swimsuit this season, I'm hoping it fades a little before next year (although I hear it can stay that dark sometimes though!)
