stress and pregnancy..
what sorts of things do u guys do to alleviate stress? i am pregnant and newly married, my daughter (from a previous relationship) her father is wearing my nerves thin these days.. we have a mediation program set up.. but i think the mediation is more stress than i can handle.. when it's over i'm always crying..
